Membership

Our membership plan is our prepaid, annual, and in-house benefit plan to support patients without insurance, with stable periodontal status, and in need of general prophylaxis hygiene care. We provide this plan to encourage patients to maintain their dental health based on research that shows continuing hygiene care is critical to the overall health of the human body.

Exclusions apply and not all patients will be able to join the plan. Exclusions apply to the membership plan due to the fact unstable periodontal disease requires additional and alternative treatments such as scaling and root planning to return to a stable periodontal status. As such, the final determination of membership is after a full periodontal assessment by our dentist and hygienists have occurred. Please contact our office for full details.
